Hi! I’m Mia (pronounced like Mya or Maya).
I am and do many things, and I believe we all desire to be great at everything we are called to, and nothing we aren’t. I have a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Project and Program Management certifications, and a Professional Coaching certification. I spent more than a decade in Corporate America as an employee and contractor leading strategic initiatives in Organizational Development, Program Management, Operations, and Sales. I also have 10+ years of experience leading programs, organizations, and teams in ministry and the community. For the the last two years, I’ve been working part-time in an online company and am currently the Business & Operations Manager. My strength is being a designer of better ways to do things, and I excel at creating innovative solutions and systems that serve people.
